NALB Forum 2026: Building a US-Lithuania Business Network Through LinkedIn Outreach
Los Angeles, April 2026
I spent the last week of April in Los Angeles, running the LinkedIn outreach engine for the North American Lithuanian Business Forum 2026. NALB is the premier event for Lithuanian-North American business ties — a four-day gathering of Lithuanian business leaders, US investors, and operators positioned to help Lithuanian companies grow in the United States.
We had four weeks. The goal wasn't just to announce the event. It was to build a warm network around it — investors who could back Lithuanian companies, US operators who could open doors, and partners interested in long-term collaboration.
That changes how you approach outreach. You aren't selling tickets. You're starting relationships that should outlast the forum itself.
We ran a multi-sender LinkedIn campaign across five profiles, each with role-fit positioning. The messaging was anchored in the forum's themes: AI investment, US-Lithuania partnerships, cross-border growth. Every reply was handled live and routed into post-forum relationship tracks.
The numbers came out strong: a 21.1% connection acceptance rate and a 40.9% reply rate from accepted connections. More importantly, 38 contacts opted into future meetings and 34 actively engaged in NALB topics beyond the event.
But the real result was simpler than that. The forum was full. The network was warm. And the conversations didn't end when everyone flew home.
